I am the President and CEO of Journey Assistance Counseling (JAC), LLC, a mental health practice dedicated to providing clinical support to those struggling to overcome emotional and other life challenges. My mental health experience includes 15 years in various clinical environments such as outpatient mental health clinics, State-sponsored substance abuse programs, and Christian counseling agencies.
I use clinical and Christian approaches to assist my clients in achieving improved emotional stability and life fulfillment. My clients include adult individuals, couples and families. I work with couples experiencing relationship difficulties, individuals attempting to recover from divorce, addictions, and trauma, as well as those who may be experiencing grief and loss, depression, stress, anxiety and other mood disorders.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with the State of Maryland, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a member of the American Counseling Association.
